Spin-affected reflexive and stretching separation of off-center droplet collision

A volume-of-fluid (VOF) based numerical study on the spin-affected droplet separation of off-center collisions is presented. The roles orbital angular momentum ${L}_{o}$ and spin ${L}_{s}$ in affecting are illustrated by changing chirality spin, showing that an augmented total can promote stretching suppress reflexive separation. unified theoretical model conservation laws proposed to qualitatively describe boundaries coalescence-separation transition influenced self-spin motion.
